Delicate Truffle oil from Italy, Sardinia
Truffle oil, available in all seasons and steady in price, is popular with chefs (and diners) because it is significantly less expensive than actual truffles, while possessing some of the same flavors and aroma. These truffle oils, black and white are a mix of extra virgin olive oil with truffles of Alba.
The truffle has a natural aroma of truffles, delicious on pasta's; fish dishes and splendit on egg dishes.

Extra virgin olive oil from organic farming
This extra virgin olive oil “bio Argei” results from a particular olive, the Mallocrìa, typical of the countryside near Gergei, a small village in the heart of Sardinia. Strictly from organic farming and cold extracted together with Semidana olive, it forms an olive oil of extraordinary quality recognized by experts: unfiltered, yellow in colour with a greenish tinge and an intense taste which recalls the fresh fruit.
